Dutchess and Ulster
The Dutchess and Ulster Catechetical Office, through the regional director, Mrs. Linda Fitzsimmons and her assistant, Sally Bellacicco, serves the region’s catechetical leaders and catechists in a variety of ways:
- Catechist formation classes, workshops and days of prayer are offered in the region for directors, coordinators, catechists and other interested adults;
- An extensive video library is maintained in the regional office with titles ranging from pre-school to adult;
- Directors, coordinators and catechists are invited to review our up-to-date print library of resources from the major publishers of catechetical textbooks;
- Directors and coordinators are invited to participate in monthly regional meetings and other opportunities for socialization and prayer;
- The regional office is a clearinghouse of information and a resource to assist both experienced and novice catechetical leaders as they serve their parish families.
