Catechist Formation Review for
Level One Certification
For Parish Catechists
This Catechist Formation Review Instrument is based on information presented in the Spirituality and Theology sessions of the Level One Catechist Formation Program. This instrument is to provide you with an opportunity to review that information, to check your knowledge, and if necessary, to clarify your understanding of a particular point.
You have two options to take the review:
- You may take the review entirely online.
- You may use the method described below.
Please complete each step:
- Set aside a block of time in which you can work through the review at your computer. You are requested not to print the Review questions out. There are a total of 104 multiple choice answers to complete.
- Print out the Answer Sheet (Respuestas)
- Open the Review Questions (Revisión de los Conocimientos) and read each statement choosing the best answer from the group of possible answers. Write the letter of the answer you choose on the answer sheet. If you are uncertain of an answer, go on to the remaining statements. When you have completed the last category, go back and try to answer those you left undone. Reread all the statements and check your answers.
- After completing the Catechist Formation Review, print out the Answer Key (Clave de Respuestas) and check your answer sheet against the answer key.
- We are interested in knowing which questions you had difficulty with so that we can improve the Catechist Formation Program and this evaluation tool. Please tell us which questions you answered incorrectly by indicating them on this online feedback (reacción) form. No personal information is asked for on the form -- only the incorrectly answered questions are recorded.
